In this blog, I will tell you how our elders of Haq used to convert sugarcane 

into syrup and then make jaggery, which we also use today.

• People used it a lot before light about five years ago but nowadays its use has decreased due to modern machinery.But it still exists in the old village and people make jaggery from it.
• And this is the business of some people, they buy sugarcane and make it into sugar or sell it by making jaggery .
• And many people use it only to make shera and molasses, very few people use it to make sugar.
• And some people grow sugarcane in their own land and then they install their own machinery and then they get good and more from this machinery.

This is how it was run about 50 years ago

And it was driven by oxen about 50 years ago but today it is driven by motor system which means it is driven by electricity and some people have even done it with solar power.

And earlier people could do this work with their own hard work and with great effort, but now because of modern machinery, 

the machinery does all the work wrongly, man just has to operate the machinery and the advice does all the work itself, but then Man also has to stop there

And many people are now doing this work as their business but why not now because it has modern machinery and the work is done quickly.
